Abstract

A semantic web usage mining method is suggested to identify the association between consumer emotions and buying behaviors by utilizing the web log data. Fuzzy logic is used to signify the temporal conception and resource attributes for the requested URLS of web access activities. From this, a Personal Web usage Ontology is created which facilitates semantic web applications. But the limitation is less efficient in terms of accuracy and user satisfaction. Thus an innovative technique which is called Optimum Session Interval based Particle Swarm Optimization (OSIPSO) is introduced. This technique is used to find the optimum session interval. The Particle swarm optimization has no overlapping and mutation computation and it is proficient in global search. Additionally, an associative classification is used to enhance the accuracy. Associative classification is a combination of associative rule mining and classification rule mining. An experimental result shows that the proposed work has a high accuracy and high efficient.

Abstract

Functional magnetic resonance imaging or functional MRI (fMRI) is a efficient neuroimaging procedure using MRI tools that dealings brain movement by detecting related changes in blood flow. The goal of fMRI data investigation is to detect correlations among brain activation and a task the subject performs during the scan. It also aims to determine correlations with the specific cognitive states, such as memory and recognition, induced in the subject. In this system, we propose a novel framework for clustering the essential fMRI signals based on their interactions and also correlation which is generated in a multivariate time series. To formalize this framework we cluster only Important Interactions based on the patient's medical records with the help of Essential Clustering Algorithm. The Essential clusters (EC) are then clustered again based on their dependencies on various brain regions. These EC's are grouped under specific models. The changes detected are mined based on the type of cluster grouped under a certain model. Our method shows that certainly increases the efficiency of the system along with increases in the effectiveness with minimal resource utilization.

Abstract

The students pursuing higher education are under stress due to various factors, like academic stress, language barriers, work pressure. This article has two primary aims. Firstly, it provides an in depth review of previous studies into student stress and identifies several important issues that, as yet, have not been explored. There has been no consideration of the effect of students maturing during their studies on the stress that they experience and how they cope with that stress. Secondly, the article highlights limitations in the past and present literature base, where there has been a concentration on a quantitative approach, and focus on a narrow range of subject groups. There is also a need to undertake horizontal research to investigate individuals’ stress experiences during the period they study at university. Overall the key assertion here is that thus far research into student stress has not offered a complete account and explanation of students’ stress experiences.

This study will be done with special reference to the students studying in Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM University. The outcome of the study will provide the solution of stress management to those students who are under stress.

Abstract

Futuristic organizational sustainability focus the path of maintaining or withstanding technological advancements, market changes, customer expectations, and employee needs. As innovations and developments occur in a rapid way, in banking sectors, enrichment and enhancement of work force according to the needs of future jobs is the major challenge. Future jobs and learning environment will meet a dramatic change posing difficulties in enriching workforce. Innovative labs are under construction in some banks, to deliver quicker banking solutions that delight the customer. In today’s scenario, there is a need for constant skill development, bank can move towards virtual lab for constructing new models and design. According to McKinsey, by 2030, automation will rule the world posing threat for manually operated jobs. To make banking industry into a future sustainable environment, identifying the area for innovation and training workforce accordingly will bring successful solutions in a shorter span of time. This paper tries to analyze what kind of trainings are needed for employees to handle future banking jobs in a sustainable business environment.

Abstract

Insured Financial Position and Investment benefits are key factors that drive the Insurance industry to the competitive edge. To draft out the investment benefits to consumer, effective investment procedures, policies should be derived and delivered to the consumer in a lucid way. Consumer usage level of the financial product can be well identified by the level of awareness of the products in the market that best suits the customer with proper deliverables. As environment and technology changes the way of work, industries should also concentrate on providing key skills needed for employees to manage risks. Employees should be upskilled in different roles and levels to achieve greater standards in promoting best insurance products to customers. This paper discusses the skill development level of employees working in insurance industries, before and after upskilling process. Skilled employees would make the product and process development easier according to the customer needs thereby delivering long term value added packages to the customer. The study is limited to Chennai region using convenience sampling method. Findings of this study illustrates that there is a positive correlation between the observed variables of digital impact on job with employee skills level utilization. Findings also portray a positive correlation between the job enrichment and Job efficiency levels due to digital impact on core work areas and after upskilling.
